What the app does
- Your portal on the phone. Client files, dispute rounds and documents, in the same workspace you use on the web.
- Notifications when a bureau responds. When a response is logged on a file, the app tells you, so it doesn’t wait for your next login.
- Messages. Reply to clients from wherever you are; the thread is the same one they see in their portal.
- Documents. Clients can photograph and upload an ID or a bureau letter straight into their file. Files load through short-lived private links.
The app is a way to reach the software you already run. It doesn’t change what any bureau or furnisher decides, and SCAIL doesn’t guarantee outcomes.
