SCAIL DIY Terms

This covers the $99 per month individual subscription. It is written to be read, not to be survived. If anything here is unclear, ask before you pay — we would rather answer the question than take the money.

  1. What you are buying
  2. What you do, and what we do not do
  3. Your rights, which you have for free
  4. What nobody can promise you
  5. Price, billing and cancellation
  6. Certified mail and what is included
  7. Credit monitoring is separate
  8. Your data
  9. Using it properly
  10. Liability, disputes and changes

1 · What you are buying

SCAIL DIY is a software subscription. Scail Capital LLC licenses you the use of the SCAIL platform for your own credit file, for as long as you keep paying for it. You are not buying a service, a result, or anyone's time.

What the software does: it reads a tri-bureau credit report you supply, extracts every account, score, inquiry and public record, cross-references what the three bureaus say about the same account, writes a Master Credit Analysis of what it found, drafts dispute letters against the items you select, and — when you approve and send them — prints and mails those letters by certified mail and tracks their delivery.

2 · What you do, and what we do not do

You are the one disputing. You decide which items to challenge. You read each letter before it goes anywhere. You approve it. It goes out over your name and your signature, from your address, as your dispute.

We do not act as your agent. Nobody at Scail Capital LLC contacts a credit bureau, a furnisher, a collector or a regulator on your behalf, negotiates for you, or represents you. Nothing is sent that you have not read and approved. That is not a limitation we are apologizing for — it is what the product is, and it is why it costs $99 instead of what a done-for-you program costs.

We are not a law firm and nothing here or in the software is legal advice. We are not a credit repair organization and we do not provide credit repair services to consumers. If what you want is somebody to do this for you, tell us and we will point you at a firm that does — this is not that.

3 · Your rights, which you have for free

You should know these before you pay us anything:

  1. You have the right to dispute inaccurate information yourself, directly with each credit reporting agency, at no cost. You do not need us or anyone else to do it.
  2. You are entitled to a free copy of your credit report from each nationwide agency at annualcreditreport.com, and to additional free copies in certain circumstances.
  3. You have the right to sue a credit repair organization that violates the Credit Repair Organizations Act, and the right to cancel a contract with one within three business days.
  4. Accurate, current and verifiable negative information cannot be permanently removed from your credit report by us, by you, or by anyone.

You are paying SCAIL for the reading, the drafting, the mailing and the tracking — the work and the tooling. You are not paying for a right you already hold.

4 · What nobody can promise you

We make no guarantee that any item will be removed, corrected or updated, that any credit score will rise, that any specific amount of time will produce any specific result, or that you will be approved for anything. Any timeframe in our software or our marketing is a pattern we have observed, not a commitment. What comes back depends on your file, on what the bureaus and furnishers do, and on what is actually inaccurate.

The software finds what appears inaccurate, incomplete, unverifiable or reported contrary to the Fair Credit Reporting Act and helps you put it in front of the right party properly. That is the whole claim.

5 · Price, billing and cancellation

  1. $99 per month, charged to your payment method on the day you subscribe and on the same day each month after that, until you cancel. Billing is handled by Chargebee; we do not store your card number.
  2. The first 100 seats keep $99 for as long as the subscription stays continuously active. If you cancel and come back later, you rejoin at the price in effect that day.
  3. Cancel any time, from your billing screen in the portal. Cancellation stops the next charge; it does not refund the month you are in, and your access runs to the end of that paid month.
  4. No refunds for time already served, because the software was available to you for it. If something on our side did not work, say so — we would rather fix it or refund it than argue about it.
  5. We may change the price for future billing periods with at least 30 days' notice by email. The 100-seat price lock in (2) is an exception to this while it holds.
  6. Download your work before you go. Your analysis and your letters are yours. Export them while your subscription is active; we are not obliged to keep them available after it ends.

6 · Certified mail and what is included

Your subscription includes postage for three certified letters per month — one full round of bureau disputes. Unused allowance does not roll over: it resets with each billing period rather than accumulating, because you are paying for software that includes some postage, not for postage.

We mail through a commercial mail provider. Delivery, delivery scans and timing are the postal service's, not ours. We show you what the provider and USPS report and we do not embellish it.

7 · Credit monitoring is separate

The software needs a tri-bureau credit report to work on, and needs a fresh one to show whether anything actually changed. A credit monitoring subscription supplies that. It is not included in the $99, it is billed by that company and not by us, and we may earn a commission if you enroll through our link — which we are telling you here rather than burying. You are free to use any monitoring service, or to upload your own tri-bureau PDF instead.

8 · Your data

Your credit file is yours. Here is what happens to it:

  1. Your Social Security number and any credentials you store are encrypted, and every time one is revealed it is logged.
  2. Your file is separated at the database level from every other account on the platform.
  3. We use artificial intelligence to read your report and draft your letters. Your report content is processed for that purpose.
  4. We do not sell your personal information.
  5. You can ask us to delete your account and the data in it. Some records we are required to keep — billing records, and the mailing records that prove when a dispute was sent.

The Privacy Policy is the longer version and governs where it is more specific than this.

9 · Using it properly

One subscription is for one person's own credit file. You may not use SCAIL DIY to work on anyone else's credit, to run credit repair for other people, or to resell access. If that is what you want to do, that is our operator product and it is priced for it — talk to us.

Do not use the software to dispute information you know to be accurate, or to submit anything false to a credit bureau, a furnisher or a regulator. Doing so can be a crime, and it is grounds for us to close your account.

We may suspend or end an account for non-payment, for the misuse above, or where we are required to.

10 · Liability, disputes and changes

The software is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Scail Capital LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim relating to this subscription is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. We may update them; a material change gets at least 30 days' notice by email, and continuing to use the subscription after that is acceptance. The version in force is the one on this page.

Questions, problems, or a disagreement with a charge: text or call 714-478-7478. A person answers, and we would rather hear it from you than from your bank.

About language

The SCAIL portal can be read in Spanish, and we translate it so you can understand your own file. Your dispute letters are always written and mailed in English, because that is the language the credit bureaus and furnishers process — a letter they treat as unreadable costs you your thirty-day clock.

If we give you a translated copy of this agreement, it is a courtesy. This English version is the one that controls.
