Acceptable Use

SCAIL puts dispute letters, certified mail and consumer credit data in your hands at volume. That is worth using well. This policy is what we will suspend an account over, written plainly so nobody has to guess.

Effective September 4, 2026 · Scail Capital LLC · Version 2026-09-04

1The rule underneath all of it

Dispute what you have a good-faith basis to believe is inaccurate, incomplete or unverifiable. Nothing else.

The Fair Credit Reporting Act gives consumers a real right to challenge bad data. Firing disputes at accurate items to see what falls off abuses that right, wastes the bureaus’ time, gets the consumer’s whole file flagged as frivolous, and ends with them worse off than when they started. It is the fastest way to lose a SCAIL account.

2Specifically prohibited

  • Disputing items you know to be accurate, or instructing the platform to dispute everything on a file without reviewing it.
  • Credit privacy numbers, CPNs, EINs used as SSNs, or any synthetic identity. Selling them, using them, or helping a client obtain one. This is identity fraud, and we report it.
  • Advance fees in violation of CROA. Charging for credit repair services before they are fully performed, where CROA applies.
  • Guaranteeing outcomes. Promising a specific score, a deletion, or a “new credit identity” in any material produced on or sent from the platform.
  • Submitting data you have no authority to submit. Every consumer file in your workspace must be one you have permission to work on.
  • Messaging without consent. Sending SMS or email to people who have not given consent, or continuing after opt-out. TCPA liability is per message and it is yours.
  • Forged or impersonating correspondence. Sending letters that purport to come from a consumer without their authorisation, from an attorney who is not involved, or from a company that does not exist.
  • Sharing accounts, reselling access without a written reseller agreement, or using one workspace to serve another company’s book.
  • Attacking the platform — probing, scraping, circumventing tenant isolation or rate limits, or attempting to reach another operator’s data.
  • Using the AI to generate deceptive material, or presenting AI output to a consumer or a bureau as something a person reviewed when nobody did.

3The AI drafts. You send.

Every letter, analysis and client message the platform produces is a draft until a person on your team sends it. That is a design decision, not a limitation. You are the sender of record on everything that leaves your workspace, and you are responsible for its contents.

4What happens if you breach this

Depending on severity we may warn you, suspend specific features, suspend the workspace, or terminate it. Fraud involving synthetic identities, and anything we are legally required to report, gets no warning.

Suspension does not delete your clients’ data — see section 9 of the Terms.

5Reporting abuse

If you believe an operator on SCAIL is doing any of the above, tell us: abuse@scailapp.com. If you are a consumer who believes a company disputed something on your file without your authorisation, write to the same address and name the company — we will route it and preserve the record.
