Questions

What if the bureau says verified but my client has proof?

Send the proof with a new written dispute that names the item and the specific reason. If the item still comes back verified, request the method of verification in writing.

Does a deleted label mean the account is gone for good?

Not necessarily. Check a fresh report, watch for reinsertion, and keep any written notice in the file.
