Questions
Does a compliance condition code remove an account from the report?
No. It marks a condition on the account. Whether any item is removed depends on whether the underlying information is inaccurate or cannot be verified.
Should I send a dispute just because a code is present?
No. Dispute the underlying information only if it is inaccurate, incomplete or unverifiable. The code alone is not a reason to dispute.
