Questions
Can I run the move myself?
Yes. The self-serve importer is included in every SCAIL plan and trial. You run the export, upload and review steps yourself.
What happens to a client with no email address?
The row is held on the review screen with a reason. A client without a valid email cannot receive portal access until one is added.
Do I have to give SCAIL my Credit Repair Cloud login?
No. The move uses the export file and the documents folder you download. SCAIL never asks for your Credit Repair Cloud login.
