Questions
Does the move charge my clients?
No. The move itself charges nobody. You set up each client's billing again from the list SCAIL builds from your Future Billing export.
Why do I need the Archived and In-Active exports too?
Each DisputeFox screen holds a different group of clients. Uploading all of them lets SCAIL join the files so the history is complete.
What if my DisputeFox headers look different?
SCAIL matches common spellings. Any header it cannot place is listed for you to map once; the mapping is saved for your workspace and reused on later files.
SCAIL is software and does not repair credit or promise results. Educational information, not legal advice. Laws change; verify with counsel.
