Questions

Can I import a spreadsheet that is not from either system?

Yes. Use the same column names where you can. Any header that does not match is listed on the review screen for you to map once.

Why was my row held with no clear reason?

Every held row shows a reason on the review screen. If the reason is unclear, send the row's line number to your SCAIL support team and they will explain it in writing.

Are full Social Security numbers stored in plain text?

No. Full numbers are sealed on arrival, and only the last four digits appear in the portal.
