Questions
Is a method of verification request the same as a dispute?
No. A dispute challenges the item. The request asks how the bureau checked it. Send the dispute first, and send the request if the item comes back verified.
What if the bureau's answer is vague?
Ask again in writing for the specific steps used for that item. Keep every letter and response in the file, and send the questions to counsel if the answers stay vague.
