Questions
Can I skip the test client?
You can, but the test client is how you see the portal the way a client sees it. Owners who skip it usually find problems after portal access has already gone out.
What if my import takes longer than one block?
Split it. Finish the setup blocks, then import in a second session. Nothing is sent to clients until you start portal access.
Where do I set business hours?
In your workspace settings, under the business hours section. SCAIL uses them to decide when after-hours replies apply.
